Holiday capsule edit try on sesh
I popped into a few stores in Dublin and did a little impromptu holiday capsule wardrobe curation, complete with pics from the fitting room. Everything works pretty seamlessly together and is holiday appropriate while also benefiting your everyday wardrobe.
A fuzzy sweater that feels festive and is the perfect tone to add to a white/cream monochrome look. Wear it as a top (w/o a shirt underneath). Go with your true size or one up.
Winter white trousers that fit beautifully. True to size. Here and here. Also love these in cream and black silk.
A bright red cardigan (the color is more saturated in person) for a pop of color (or an all red monochrome look). Go up two sizes. I wear a large.
A long silk skirt - great fit (pics below). True to size, I wear small, and it sits on my natural waist. If your budget permits, here’s a nicer one.
A textured, evening appropriate jacket in brown and cream (here and here). Goes with jeans and sneakers just as well as dressier looks. And can be worn inside as well as as a coat outdoors. I wear a medium.
A drapey silk sweater in the same style as the fuzzy one above it. Love the butter yellow as a neutral. Lots of colors and fabrics here. White silk pants in pic are here.
A classic silk skirt in the perfect shade of red (works with every piece shown above) here, here, and here.
The black jeans I wore that day - shown in pics below.
Everything is also linked here.
Btw, this conditioner has made my hair so much shinier and healthier. I saw a difference after one use. I think I’m done experimenting with conditioners. This is the one for me and my dry, wavy, frizzy mop.
Ok, onto the fitting room pics.
This cozy mohair sweater miraculously doesn’t shed, has a perfect tight crew neck line, generously cut sleeves and torso that drape beautifully, and it’s a lovely elevated neutral color that goes with literally everything.
