My chic French cousin's sustainability hacks

Before we dive in, I have a question for current (and future!) founding members. Are you interested in getting access to early drafts of a cookbook I am writing? Bonjour from a peaceful hamlet on the coast of northern France. This is my cousin Valerie’s home where we are both working on climate startups, eating baguettes and way too much French butter, and swimming in the cool ocean.

Her homes here and in London are light and airy and strike a hard-to-achieve balance of being orderly and feeling relaxed. There is a vibe of thoughtfulness and intention, and many of the ways she achieves that are with things that don’t feel overtly “sustainable”, but are indeed things that help her tread a little lighter on the planet. This letter is about effortless, simple things you can do to be a little more eco friendly, often while upgrading your quality of life.
